Modern office setting We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working with billing software.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit invoices to customers.
Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
Data entry of sub-contractor submitted invoices into our construction management software, along with verification of accuaracy of the invoice.
Maintain up-to-date billing system.
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
