The job includes making appointments for the stylists throughout the week.
Always keeping yourself updated on product knowledge and services provided by the stylists.
And a spirited motivated personality is a must! What you Will be doing:
Answer phone calls/voicemails/emails in a timely manner Call to confirm appointments with customers Make appointments for the stylists Explain available services and prices to customers Take payment for salon services Assists customers in choosing products in salon lobby Communicate cancellations and changes to stylists Guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations Job Types:
